Re: Retro Phantoms
This kinda reminds me of when I was younger and I did a collection of MiG Killers using the Airfix F-4 and Modeldecal sheets.

Seeing that reminds me that I wish that somebody would do some decent scenery and package for the Boeing bases. CAIW anyone?

Re: Just a few from RAF Bruggen.
Now whilst I respect some peoples view that they don't want any retro in their sim, I myself will always have this kind of retro. The main reason is that its a snapshot in time at bases that don't exist any more. As long as they don't cause mayhem at current locations they are a very welcome distrac...

I agree, Dan. that's what I use and I have also created a very ham-fisted config for handling aircraft.cfgs.

Weird it works fine for me, so I must have done something wrong . That's what you get when you install things manually.

Try running ACA2005 and see what errors show up.Johnny Test wrote:I installed Bruggen a few hours ago, but not getting AI there at all...I even downloaded/installed their recommended AI packet, but still no AI's. And my Traffic Slider is set to 100%. Did I miss something?

Re: FS2004 With Win 7 64 Bit and NVIDIA GT 240M Graphics Card
Just found something that may be useful, what DX mode are you running in, or is FS9 in. Apparently nhancer doesn't work in DX10 preview mode or DX11. http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?s=489879e63d2422b6d90ec9d06bcf2f62&showtopic=275021&st=0&p=1710472&#entry1710472 There isn't anythi...

Well as an XP user, I can't help with the intricacies of Win 7.
Have you seen this and does it help? Are you 64 bit? http://forum.nhancer.com/showthread.php?t=1513

Re: Something for the retro fans
You are not missing anything. Bruggen is a former RAFG base, and Mancshy is not part of the ACG staff. I just wanted to build up a little suspense.
I knew they were releasing it ON ACG but not labelled as FROM ACG.

Something for the retro fans
Gents,
If you were to pop over to the ACG forum some scenery has been released there, not by ACG itself but by a forum member, of a certain former RAFG base. I know that those who collected the AI from those bases, through links posted on this forum now have somewhere very nice to store some.

What? DJ you are testing even my patience.
There must be something that you are doing, or maybe not doing. So following the nhancer thread made no difference to you at all, even with AA switched off in FS9?

Re: Odd Problem
That looks a very useful tool, Martin, as does AI Aircraft Editor , but on this occasion the problem was caused by not updating the file in ascii mode. I think that using another tool that can write in another format, i.e. RTF, may complicate things for what is required here.

Apparently, the problem maybe that you already have a higher version installed but not activated. Try reading through this thread. http://windows7forums.com/windows-7-pro ... dows7.html

Re: FS2004 With Win 7 64 Bit and NVIDIA GT 240M Graphics Card
after loking through my installed programs I noticed that I don't have .net 3.5 framework installed, only 1.1. I would have thought the program wouldn't run if I didn't have it? I will try installing 3.5 and see what happens. I would agree with that thought. I suppose that you don't need 3.5 to edi...
