Hovercontrol have seven files of ai helicopters,some 30 choppers in all! among them is a model for a Bell 205 UH-1H Iroquis,for which there are a couple of RAF repaints ,plus a DHFS one available at Hovercontrol. I have been using them for a couple of years with no problems!

Forgot to say ,it's the same model as the one in the ADF package!

The DHFS repaints for the squirrel are for the AI model by Tamus and Peter Nemeth available at Hovercontrol!

Repaint for DHFS by eric norton for this model at AVSIM, as350_dhfs. There are also repaints for the griffon model in RAF and DHFS paint schemes.

Most of the navy harrier pilots have moved on,seven are learning to fly F18 Hornets with the USN and two are on the French carrier,learning to fly the Rafale. Given that we wont have a carrier for nine years,the question has to be why?

HMS illustrious is lying in basin 3,portsmouth dockyard,where it has been for the last 6 years.It is basically just an empty hulk,the engines and anything usable for spares have been ripped out!

Latest rumour,as a result of the recent UK Gov. trip to India, Ark Royal plus a number of harriers could be sold to India as part of an arms package! Once Ark Royal is decommisioned next month,there is to be a survey done in Pompey dockyard for a possible sale!

Rumours coming out of the carrier project office,here in the Pompey Naval base are hinting that both carriers may be fitted with cats and traps!Given that production has been slowed right down and the first carrier is not due to enter service for several years,there is still plenty of time to alter ...

I have just had a windows update for Vista on my PC and have discovered that whenever I try to open manuals for aircraft ,scenery or utilities,I just get a page of ,I assume,computer language!This occurs in both PDF and Notebook.Read Me files are okay,as far as I can make out. Anybody got any ideas ...

There are several AI helicopter packages at Hovercontrol,which if I remember right,are found in the Misc section.In one of these you should find AI models of the Bell 205 and the Huey.I have found the 205 works well with the DHFS Griffin re-paint. Mutch better than the UKMIL model!

Get hold of FS2004NoCD patch file ,all you have to do is drop the patch file into FS9,right click on FS9 to list the files,it should appear as FS9(2) Application next to the FS9 icon.All you have to do is click on it and FS9 will start.

Found a ,no CD patch file for fs9 ,that allows me to run fs9 without cd4 and it works fine,so problem solved!
