I'm not doing conversions to AI, hence my offering of the sources to anyone wanting to take on such a task. Since they are in Max and gmax formats, they would most likely work in P3DV1-4 once compiled
The download hangar is currently disabled. We're doing our best to bring it back as soon as possible.

AI Bell 222
Hi guys, As the title suggests, anyone in need of an AI Bell 222? I am doing Version 2 of a previously released model and I have all original sources sent to me by Alan Devins back in 2010. I have a stripped source that has about 10,000 polys, this doesn't include the rotors. As with my Bell 206 off...

Re: AI Bell 206 JetRanger source
Hi everyone, Here is the source file for the AI Bell 206 in it's current state, in gmax and 3DS Max 9+ format. Bear in mind that there are no LODs, textures are crude and can be remapped, no animations, basically nothing. I don't have time to finish this project off like I wanted due to other commit...

AI Bell 206 JetRanger source
Hi everyone, A while back, I was working on an AI version of Owen Hewitt's Bell 206, but my bigger projects and real world has taken over finishing the project. Now I know most folks would like an AI 206 for their hangars, so I am offering the sources/basic crude textures to anyone here wishing to f...

Re: Bell 206
+1 here, also I know we have a UH-1 WIP, but an AH-1 is also on my list. Not sure if your B222 would get much use as AI, not too many out there flying. Other AI military use training helos would be a R44, Schweizer, or maybe your Enstrom, as a few countries have them. I think starting with the B206...

Re: AI Bell 429?
I am with another developer. It's for FS2004, I am doing the FSX conversion for it. Still have ways to go, but the externals are more or less finished.

Re: AI Bell 429?
I have the source files for that 429 being worked on, I'm doing the FSX conversion. It's extremely high poly (100,000+), so it would be very unsuitable, unless I can reduce the fat off of it

Re: Bell 206
LODs are done and textured, so that's not a problem. Since I've never exported LODs on my flyable models, I wouldn't know what the naming convention would for them to work. A paintkit is also no big deal for me, I like to get the community involved for projects like this and flyable models. The XML ...

Re: Bell 206
Ok so here is the base Bell 206 in it's current form and at 8,553 polys. It has very few things to texture and in need of animations, has 4 LODs built in, but I wouldn't have the slightest clue on how those would export or how to get those to work when it comes to exporting. I have the base model on ...

Re: Bell 206
It's been a while since posted regarding the AI206, well technically I haven't done any much work on it lately as I am busy wrapping up some flyable models for other developers including my own. Since I won't have much time to devote to this project as much as I want, I will gladly pass along the so...

Bell 206
AI conversion of Owen Hewitt's Bell 206. I stripped everything out of the interior, everything on the outside is mapped to one single sheet minus the spinning rotor textures. All that's left is to create the LODs, create the spinning rotor textures, FDEs (not good on those), paintkit. I can easily c...

Bell 222/230/430/Airwolf
Hi guys, Anyone interested in a Bell 222 source for conversion into AI format? I have 3DS Max files which can be converted to gmax quite easily. Since the Bell 222 has seen active military service, no dedicated AI models have been built/released. I am building a nicely very detailed model for FSX/FS...

Re: AI Bell 412
After I've stripped the main model down of the un-needed parts, I can get a healthy 3404 polygons. Is this a normal amount of polys for an AI aircraft? BTW...This is Jordan Moore's Bell 412 stripped down. I will eventually replace the rotorhead/blades and tail rotor for something with less polys.

AI Bell 412
Hi everyone, A shot of the AI Bell 412 I am working on. I have stripped the model of all un-needed parts and kept it to the basics. Plans for this one is a low skid, high skid and high skid with emergency float gear. So far, the model has 6,983 polys and 6 LOD models. Does anyone have any tips for i...
