I only found models for the John Young H145 helicopters.

Does somebody know where I can find a H135 model?

I dont know if it is technically possible to simulate that, but the Dubai Police uses red and blue light bars underneath the helicopter (Code 2 response).
The helis are based in Jebel Ali.
