Dale, I'm sorry to say that, as has been reported before on here, the helicopter lift off before take-off is not a mechanism of the .AIR file but is an animation hard wired into the construction of the model. It is impossible to make this happen with an aircraft already on the market, unless you ca...

Main gear incomplete, nightmare getting them to fit into the thin wings.

Nothing much going to happen over next two weeks as I am on holiday.

There is a flying demonstrator. Main gear moved from fuse to wing roots by adding 'saddlebag' housings. 2 belly pylons added. http://www.serve.com/vhold/hellcats/posts/gripen_ng_front.jpg http://www.air-attack.com/MIL/jas39/jas39ng_200811201.jpg First couple of 6 (4 x D, and 2 x C) are also under co...

Yeah you could use the released Gripens in place of the dedicated Swedish models. BUT - Wait, trust me, I did the Swedish Gripens with a wide range of options. This should give you an idea - Count the number of models released in the Hungarian and SAAF packagers. Now - In total I produced over 40 di...

Bang for buck - AMD easily!

Highest performance - Intel, at a price!

AMD Phenom II + decent mobo + DDR2 (no need expensive DDR3), and what you save on getting an Intel system = buy a top end graphics card.

It's a limitation of FS9. I believe you can have different sounds in FSX though. Can be done through a third party program - FSHotSFX http://fshotseat.com/Downloads.asp#FSHotSFX For AI sounds only you only need FSHotFSX. Makes a lot of difference hearing the engines wind up on take-off and thrust r...
