Another Low Flying Tornado

A follow-on for my debut post in the same spirit. This was at FULL throttle at all of about 10ft? http://i649.photobucket.com/albums/uu215/tango234/FSX%20Royal%20Air%20Force/2009-6-6_9-48-1-218.jpg As an afterthought, I know it's not military but this is my first attempt at a repaint (it's dave malt...

Scenery Question

I've found several fs2004 scenery airports, bases, etc on flightsim and want to use them in my FSX, problem is they use the fs2004 default textures which aren't in FSX. I have thought of two ways past this 1. Obtaining texture names and do a bit of copying and renaming-would take ages and mistakes c...

the glory days of British aviation may have passed, but you can't deny we have style, vc-10, concorde (shared with the French), the tin triangle, you name it.

I have to say that it is my base of operations-though I have added in a longer runway and airport terminal with FSX default buildings. I'll put shots up when I get the chance-I added a lot of stuff on the east side.

Sprocky,
Yeah there were some nice ones, though I have to say, outside the british military and private use it is very rare to see one now at all. To get a good look I have to go to my local air musuem (some of the brits here may have heard of Duxford)

My uncle flew them as well before he transferred to tornados, he said it flew really well and was pretty responsive, don't know what you think though. It has to be my favourite transport/tanker (or is that because I am incredibly proud of Britains aviation heritage!?!)

There is a project Opensky Air Force I in the POSKY B747-200 military section on their website, or there is a repaint of the default 747 on flightsim. Does the readme of the mission package have any info in it? If it does, go with that.
