Aircraft.cfg and effects

Post by bismarck »

Hi all, speaking about the aircraft.cfg file, I know that is not necessary to add the .air extension in the row that points to the air file. Usually we have, for example:
sim=AI Lockheed C-130E
and it works also if it is
sim=AI Lockheed C-130E.air

Is the same also in the [LIGHTS] section for the effects?

light.12=2, -10.00, -16.80, 4.00, fx_nicksmokeC130, // Engine 3
light.12=2, -10.00, -16.80, 4.00, fx_nicksmokeC130.fx, // Engine 3

Thanks in advance, Giorgio

Yes, you do not need the .fx extension.
