I have two questions I have been creating airports and flightplans, but I feel im ready to make ai aircraft. Does anyone know a toutorial and a software I can use to do this? My other question is how can I become a MAIW Contributor, because I appreciate what you all do for the Flightsim community?

First of all, welcome. Its always great to have someone else interested in modelling.

As for software, I use Abacus FSDS 3.5. It ahs its limitations but it is probably the easiest to learn (and it has its own tutorials with it). Some people use GMAX, which comes with FS9, but I never was able to get going with that one. There is at least one more out there, called Lightspeed I think that some of the more experienced guys use.

Most of the guys here use FSDS so for help with your work that might be your best bet. However, I'm sure there are those who would dissagree
