Re: Wittmund WIP
OOH MAN , that is great work. Finally a great homebase for my phantoms
Thank you so much. I've one question though, is it possible to add seasonal textures for winter etc., to get snow covered shelters in winter? I don't know if it is a lot of work so no big deal if it is not possible.
Also one remark, looking at the hangar with the welcome to JG71 etc i've noticed that the building is relative low compared to the F-4's parked in front of it and the shelters in the back.
Thanks again and mary christmas to you all

Re: Wittmund WIP
Really cool !
Are you aware that there is another ETNT scenery on Flightsim.com ? It's by Uwe Schweitzer. I have it installed and modified it to fit with Aerosoft's VFR Germany Scenery. Stuff I always miss is the great detail in buildings, but NO vegetation. That's different with your scenery. I like that. Like a few minutes flying time east, ETNJ, that base is surrounded by woods and yet, noone ever added those.
My Annotator skills are crap, but I have ETNJ installed on my machine ( I built it a while back with Uwe's help ), so I can't do that bit, but if anyone could help out.
Also with the wooded areas ON the base, around the shelters etc.

Re: Wittmund WIP
Thank you all for your comments. The HAS are still giving me some issues that are being worked on, including a possible seasonal textures. (which I realistically see being released as a update)
and I agree that their appear to be some scale issues with a couple of the buildings (hangers near the EOR check pads) IM also looking for some more detail on the maintenance pads on the far northeast and northwest sections of the base. and of coarse more trees. The other Wittmund scenery (by Uwe Schweitzer) mentioned by Burners Go is actually a FSX package, This one is designed primarily for FS9.
