French Air Force

Post by swp53 »

Hi,
Two packages on avsim this morning for AI FAF training aircraft and helo's.

frenchfafecole.zip
Contains:
Alphjet
Xingu
Epsilon

frenchfafhelicopteres.zip
Contains:
Alouette III
AS350
AS365
AS565
Lynx
Puma
Tigre

I have no idea if these are proper AI aircraft on simply modifications to flyable aircraft.

Could someone with ACM check them out?

Regards,
Steve

I installed a French Gendarmie helicopter package the other day from, presumably, the same fella. Result = CTD when I tried to load one of the airports that the helos were using. None of the aircraft used are AI models so I won't be touching any more of these packages.
Regards,

Alan

The latest posting, French FAF Chasse-Stategie-Transport, includes Nick's Mirage F1.

I wonder if he's acquired permission for it.

He would need more than just Nick's permission, Mike MacIntyre's as well.

Oh Goodness... I've taken a look and there are a lot of MAIW files!
Leacher or somebody who doesn't know anything about the freeware rules? What do you think?

I'll take a look at the packages. Are the other ones the same way?

I think the problem persists only for the third package (Chasse-Stategie-Transport).

It's just the one with the fighters in it. I've already contacted AVSIM about it. Thanks for the heads up. :smt002
