FYI should only be one model object in there, just the intake warning semi-circle.

Two things for you guys to check. First of all, when you open up the source file inside fsds, it should look like this in the preview window (green color instead of the black color from the texture sheet). This green color indicates that fsds recognizes the texture as one that has an alpha channel applied to it.

Second thing is to check your MakeMdl "Options" tab to see if you have the right options checked on or off. This is what mine looks like to compile this model correctly:

Check those two things out. If you are not seeing the green color in the fsds preview window for this object, it is not picking up the fact that the object uses transparent textures.

If that's the case, select the part, hit F2, and in the properties tab, check the box for "uses transparent textures".
