It's slow progress at the moment with my time a bit short for development and I'm still waiting to hear back from Kev so we can start working on the custom xml codes.
At this stage I'm only looking at the A & B models. The C model is just about a complete rebuild from the ground up so I'm not looking that far ahead at the moment. I'm not adverse to helping somebody do that model!

Thought I'd do something different today with my free time and paint the tail and then take it for a quick whirl over YCIN.

This forms part of my painting tests, so I can see areas that may require more mapping attention! :P
This is still not the finished main model, it remains unjoined so edges will be more prominent in these pic's.
PS: I am not a good painter, so be kind with the faults.

Now I officially have Internet access back, and its reasonably stable I can start checking it out for you.

What would help as I develop the XML....
The latest everything you got, including the compiled FS model, textures and compiled flight plans.

That way I can concentrate on the XML alone.

Kev,
Three zip folders have been emailed to you with everything, fully up-to-date, both STOVL and CTOL source files included. Also compiled model and remote test airport scenery included so you don't have other traffic getting in the way when testing.
Final FDE's are still under construction but a pre-lim version is included which gets the AI moving about in the sim for testing purposes and fly's very well as a user aircraft also.
These are the final main source file versions, I've had about enough with tinkering with this model without the blue prints in hand, so please go ahead and make any changes or add any additional bits that you feel the main model/s need.
I would like to use some of your loadouts and texture file from the F-15 if that is ok, seems like a waste of time to remake the same objects and paintwork.
Looking forward to the results of the xml coding and then finally doing the lods and release of the model/s, its been a longer than normal road on this project for me.

Cheer's,
Mark

If the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels texture didn't tickle your fancy then perhaps this paint job does! :P

You know you have total air superiority when you can fly cap missions in the Toon paint scheme. :P

I rather like Bugs Bunny on the tail, really suits the airframe and all which it has gone through!
