This is really looking good proximo, looking forward to this. I did a conversion of the FSX Edwards scenery
but never finished it. I got distracted with other things, (1 of many projects that I never finished ) so this is going to replace it once you release yours. Got a few pics of it over at SOH in this thread: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/s ... e!!!/page5
Keep up the great work.

Hi
Link to my project, it is beta version, but it is far than my previous release (because progress of rework of afcad is slow, maybe you will find mistakes/errors,but I will fix it :D ).
I am reworking afcad and placing more objects to bring more life to scenery.
It is recommended to have installed MTtrees2,MTtrees4,MTtrees6,GGSE,JGSE,MAIW_ABO,MAIW_Cargo,MAIW_Weapons and Cars_JS.
I want to ask you for feed back,if you will find mistakes/errors or you will have any ideas.
Have a nice flying

Wow that's one hell of a scenery, and you call that a beta scenery !!!!!
The level of detail is fantastic , can't wait for the final version. :smt023

Wow! :D

Quite a bit of progress since your last release. This is taking shape very nicely, did you make a custom landclass for the area? It seems to fit real world pics much better than the default.

The parking situation seems ok so far, everyone seems to find their spots, NASA included. I haven't had time to wait for the ai to do takeoffs/landings, though so no feedback on the taxi situation yet.
The base sits about 25ft above the default, which, being the is correct real-world altitude, caused the usual subterranean effect (I corrected the FS bgl with JaBBgl).

Some missing autogen near the center of the base, not really that noticeable most of the time.

The only real issue I could notice is a fairly significant drop in FPS that happens whenever more than a couple of outlying buildings are in view. My FPS is locked at 32 and usually stays close most of the time but it can, in this case drop as low as 4.

More of a minor detail: are you sure the retention pools south of the base are often filled? all pics I've seen this past 10 years seem to have them empty.

That's all I can think of right now.

Thanks for all the work you're putting in this, it's showing!

In my FS I have installed MTtrees as a part of MAIW Scenery Library Objects,by installation of MAIW packages, but which one,I do not know.

Wow
I think, you are first, who reported problem with elevation.I checked again in my FS and everything is working exactly.
Now I don´t know, what is wrong, maybe conflict with other addon for this area (Blue Sky scenery or Dennis Waggoners scenery)

Thank you it's very usefull. I found the AP916190 file altered but I don't find the original file (probably I forgot to make a copy  ) in my directories. Does anybody knows in which disk I can find the original, please?

In case anyone is wondering, this works great in FSX also, you just need to remove the usual VTxx files.

Thanks, actually thought the stock FSX version was pretty good, besides missing the other runway and parking spots.

HI,
Thank you for your time and energy with this project, it is really outstanding !!!
I have to say it is a bit heavy on the frame rates, I was just wondering if there were any bgls that could be recommended to remove to make it easier please ?

Many thanks,
Paul
