New KPAM Tyndall AFB on Avsim

HISTORY:
Tyndall AFB is a large facility on the Gulf Coast just east of Panama City, Florida. Military AI Works (MAIW) has an
excellent AI package for Tyndall but some scenery/ "AFCAD" is not compatible with FSX. This scenery package
provides an "AFCAD" with parking coded to accomodate all the MAIW F-15's and F-22's as well as the contingent
of QF-4E's, unmanned drones, used for fighter target practice. I have added the auxilliary drone facility
east of the main field (labelled 2PAM) and provided an AI traffic .bgl file to place some QF-4E's from the MAIW
program there.

FRAME RATES: Some have reported frame rate problems when the complete MAIW AI package is added. You can edit
the MAIW flight plans/ aircraft to delete some aircraft or delete some parking spots on my "AFCAD"
(AFX_KPAM.bgl) to improve frame rates. Turning the traffic slider down may help.

REQUIREMENTS:

The SCENERY requires The following free downloadable libraries for some things to show up:

1. EZ Scenery libraries (David Grindele's all-inclusive available for free download
at flightsim.com ez_1.zip)
2. Loney's Hangars and Buildings (FlightSim.com "loneys_hangars_and_buildings1.zip"
3. Dan French Core LibrariesVol2_FSX or higher (At flightsim.com search for dlfcorelibraries2FSX.zip)
4. objlib-jgse-fsx.zip for FSX by John Stinstrom at FlightSim.com
5. EDDS_v3 by Stefan Liebe edds_v3.zip at FlightSim.com (My scene uses the RampLightLibrary.bgl and its textures)
6. Military Hangars and Buildings Library ("dlf_lib_MilitaryHangarsBldgs.zip at FlightSim.com or AVSIM.net)
7. objlib-large-car-parking-fsx.zip Sydney Schwatz's Large Parking Lots for FSX

The AI TRAFFIC requires the following downloads:

Military AI Works (MAIW) package "Tyndall AFB" package # 127 available at The Owl's Nest
http://www.interkultur.de/gossmann/fsx/maiw.php or the MAIW site. (NOTE: use the excellent tutorial
"MAIW_FSX_Installation_Guide.pdf" available for download at The Owl's Nest site to install the
traffic for FSX). Don't install the scenery. DO install the planes, traffic file, effects, and callsigns.
