Sean Please Help! I can't for the life of me get this, I think I did as the instructions say I have both codes copied in to Notepad, I have Plan-G version 3.1.2 when I go in to 'Options in Plan G where do I put the codes?

@col1948
Navigate to Options>General>Map Provider.
Lower half of the table is a section for 'Subscription Maps:'.
Click the radio button for Mapbox 1 and enter the ID then Key into the two text boxes.
Restart Plan-G.

Yes that is where I thought the key went but the new map didn't show.
There was 2 lines of text which I copied and pasted in to notepad as it said in the instructions so does the short one with the USER name go in the top and long one go in the bottom box?
I'll try again.

Also not sure if it worth a mention but the 'Save As' option is greyed out.

Edited: Ignore I read the manual and that is how it supposed to be unless I save a flight plan sorry.

Thanks Sean I got it working now, i went on the Plan G website and lots of others were having the same problem, I didn't realise there was a later version so I upgraded to V3.1.3.113 got more options in adding the codes section.

Restarted Plan-G and the map came up.

Great! It is a really nice addon... only annoyance (and it is minor really) is the terrain spot elevations are in meters not feet... but I can live with that!

I used it for a short flight this morning, very pleased so far, I got a pink line following the AI aircraft marking the route, I'm not yet sure I like that or not, it was kind of interesting to see where I had flown.

I also noticed the small white circles with an X inside marking disused airfields which again I thought was interesting, it made me look to see if any had been made for FS2004, I'm still looking for some of those by the way lol.

Anyone else who downloaded the new Mapbox on to Plan-G getting lots of emails from them?
I am/was getting 2 - 3 everyday since I downloaded Mapbox, so today I noticed an 'Unsubscribe' button with the email so I clicked on it, hopefully it will work.

I *think* there was a way to avoid the spam when you signed up, but I can't remember the details (I've been a mapbox member for ages...)
