Huge thanks and happy new years to all of the model builders and scenery designers here. I know you all do not hear the words - thank you - as often as you should or from as many of the membership as you should, but i am grateful for all that you fine folks do. I sincerely hope that support for FS9 will continue in some forms into the immediate future due to the fact that as an - older - simmer, I have made the decision to stick with FS9 rather than spend the money and effort to transition to FSX/P3D. Once again thanks for the great additions and for making FS truly come alive...

You are very welcome Mathew and thank you for the kind words, they do not fall on deaf ears!

I enjoy seeing the infusion of new blood into something that many of us here have been toiling away at now for over a decade.

Japan certainly got a lot of attention this year from Brent and John, great sceneries, great models and still more on the way.

Happy New Year to all!

Many a THANK YOU to the dedicated and VERY talented people here who bring military aviation alive in the virtual world. I commend all your efforts in contributing to the flight simulation community. I am impressed regularly by the the repainters, flight planners, scenery designers, and definitely the model creators that exhibit so much talent in the creation of new packages here, truly awe inspiring work!

Unfortunately, I cannot seem to rack my old brain around layers and alpha channels, let alone try to figure out what an LOD or a Boolean cut is...

My hat is off to you!

Cheers!

My girlfriend just made me a extremely spiked egg nog, so I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year before I slip into a coma lol. Hats off to the the aircraft designers, scenery designers and repainters. It's been a impressive year to say the least.

What a wonderful year it has been. The retro SAC trio from John with the B-36, B-47 and B-58. The all new F-16s, A-10s, CH-53s, P-8s, Pumas and more paints and scenery than I can shake a stick at. 19 pages were added to the Hangar last year. Thank you to everyone.
