Taxi2Gate KSTL

Would anyone happen to have or know of an updated AFCAD for the Taxi2Gate KSTL scenery.

I just purchased this from sim market. The scenery itself is much better than the default FS9 rendition but the AFCAD is horrible. Taxi2Gate no longer supports FS9 and I could not find anything on flightsim.com or AVSIM.

Worst case scenario I can rework this myself, but do not want to spend time reinventing a wheel unless I have no other choice.
