As part of my Retro (1991) RNZAF project I have been modelling a few vehicles to use in my sceneries. This has been an experiment in using Fusion360 (which I use in my day-to-day life) to create usable 3d models for FS. After some playing around I have been able to produce some models, import into GMax for texturing and then export as scenery objects.
Since I'm locked up in solitary confinement (managed isolation... 1 week down, 1 to go) I've had time on my hands to play with this stuff
I present;
Landrover:
Textures are from photos I took of a restored series 3.
Unimog 1300L:
The textures for this came from photos on a modelling forum!
FV101 Scorpion 'Light Tank'
M113 APC
Textures need a little tidying up, but for my needs I think they look ok
I have learned a lot about NZ Army vehicles over the past week!
Sean.

That's a great enrichment! Military static objects you can't get enough of it.
