Stock airport you say, It is missing in my install. When i am trying to compile the flightplans with TTools it says it is missing the airport KRNC and fails. Guess i have to dig up the original discs then. Thanks for your help.

That failure in Ttools means there is no entry for that airport in the airports.txt file which is why I gave you the entry in my first answer.

Correct...has nothing to do with what airport is in FS9.

Hehe, that would account for it, KNRC is not a stock airport in FS9.

It is NASA Crows Landing.

So the entry required in the airports.txt would be something like this:-

KNRC,N37* 24.96',W121* 6.56',165

It is now sorted out, i think it was an error in the flightplan, it was spelled KNRC when it should have KRNC. So when i changed it in the flightplan everything was fine.

Thanks for your support and thanks Matias for a great addon. My miramar is now buzzing with hornets :D

Er swimeye, I think you got that wrong! It wasn't misspelt in the flightplans, it should have read KNRC and you have changed it to a different airport. Your first post had it wrong with KRNC, that is not where the aircraft are supposed to be going.

Hmm..Ok..where is it supposed to go then? Is it supposed to go to KNRC?

This is what i have done...

I took my airport list, the flightplans and the aircraft list and tried to compile them but i got an error which told me that i did not have the airport KNRC in my list, this made me think i was missing some addon airport and i started to ask about KNRC in this forum. Then when you guys said KRNC was a stock airport i FS9 i took a closer look at the flightplans and searched for KNRC and i got a hit and changed it to KRNC instead. And the problem was solved.

It really dosen't matter that much, it's just that the flight should have been going to KNRC so if you want it accurate then that is how the flightplans should be. Changing it to any other airport is fine.

I am not aware of one, no. But may be able to assist. I've done a bit of homework and although the default FS9 does not have KNRC, it does have NRC as a stock airport which is NASA Crows Landing. There is no parking in the default airport but it isn't difficult to add some as the basic taxiway layout is there.

If you are able to modify the default with the afcad program, that should be an easy one to do.
