MAIW Flight plans and can I modify?

MAIW Flight plans and can I modify?

Let say I wanted a bunch of AI to land and take off at one airport besides the aircrat that are based there. for example; I would like to have more military flights from other bases to use Andrews AFB, or MAIW AI to use a base that is not apart of the packages offered (Travis AFB). What do I do to make this work in simple terms.
