Flooding,sunk cars,power outages,people out and about when they should not be,alot of neighborhoods are closed because of the high water,they can't get in or get out,I have been through alot of hurricanes,tropical storms etc...but Fay is a real soaker,currently listening to Live atc.net and looking at flightaware at the same time,quite interesting listening to KMCO with these bands of weather moving in...should get better here soon...thanks for all the updates Mr.Bean.

Weather Channel says US Navy evacuated 24 P-3s from NAS Jax, And sent 8 ships out to sea from NS Mayport. Not sure about this, but a/c from Tyndall, Eglin, Duke, Hurlburt, The T-34s and helos and Whiting, and Aircraft from Pensacola NAS are gonna get evacuated.

It's a great hobby but a lousy job :lol: No one ever calls to say thanks for the nice day, but as soon as it turns cloudy it is all my fault :wink:

Starlifter watch out for alligators. They're coming out of the canals. Sorry for me not updating this thread this morning. I went to college for the very first time today. Be advised I go to school Mon-Thurs.
Mon, Wed I start classes at 9:30 am stop at 2:15 pm
Tues, Thurs I start class at 9:30 am stop at 12:20 pm.

Attention people living in the Florida panhandle
There is a tropical storm watch beginning from the Apalachicola River to the AL/MS line. All Base Complexes are affected. Watch is effect through Sun.

My county (Okaloosa County) EOC has been activated, Also Santa Rosa, Escambia County is Partially activated will fully activate till 7 am tomorrow. City of Pensacola, and Mobile have declared local state of emergency.

The storm moved inland. All I got was a teeny bit of rain. Nothing major. I'm so happy. But so sorry for Starlifterfan. Becuase he got the worst of it.
Hopefully I'll get a small amount of rain. I'm not out of the woods yet.

I was expecting to wake up today under a torrential downpour, and heavy wind. But instead it was partly cloudy. It looks like overnight there's some dry air that crept behind the storm, and deleted a huge chunk of it. The clouds and rain try to cover up the chunk but they can't. Becuase of dry air. I GOT SPARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lol: But I feel so sorry for the people who got too much rain.
