screenshots of Fsdreamteam's upcoming Honolulu scenery

Post by Joseph29 »

FSDT is showing previews of their newest airport Honolulu. I thought I would post the latest round of screenshots here because they are showing Hickam AFB.

(They said the C-17's in the screenshots are static but will be removable)

That looks pretty sweet. Is it for FS9 as well? I couldn't tell by reading through their forums.

Their scenery is for both FSX and FS9. When you buy you choose the FSX download or FS9 download.

Cool that might be worth the purchase. Hawaii is a great place to fly in the sim.

I purchased it last night, but have a question :?

Will it be okay to continue using the AF2_PHNL_DEFAULT_DB.bgl & MAIW_AF2_PHNL_DEFAULT_DB.bgl files? And if so, should I remove their (FSDT) AF9_PHNL.bgl file? I'm currently running all three mentioned files, and it appears to be running fine.

I am not sure, you'll have to experiment with it and see. Apparently FSDT didn't put much effort into their AFX file for PHNL. So most people have been making their own.
