Post by DaleRFU »

Hi everyone, I was woundering if anyone could help me?

I know that the RAF fly C-130's but there versions are C3, C3A, C1, C4 and C5.

What i would like to know is what they are e.g. C-130H,E etc...

This is how I painted them

C1 - C-130E
C3 - C-130H-30. They were actually C-130E's stretched to the -30. Known elsewhere as C-130K.
C4 - C-130J-30
C5 - C-130J

Why can’t they keep the colours in the bloody paint pots and just leave them grey

The C1s and C3s are gradually being retired.
