I am currently working on FSX scenery for Ramstein AB modern era. I am including the fighter area on the southwest side of the airport with hardened shelters as if they were (are) still active. How are/were these areas lighted? I expect most was dark, but did they "ramplight" parking spots outside shelters? Would like to be somewhat accurate. Will have both open (with interior lighting) and closed shelters. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Re: Lighting at Ramstein AB
There's some good info here (clicky) about the evolution of USAFE shelters. The header pic here (Spangdahlem) gives some clues about the gen-2 TAB-VEE shelter lighting. More on Wikipedia.
However, I'm pretty sure that at least one of the MAIW shelters includes the lighting, although probably not the lightwash you'll need for FSX.
