Flight Plans for a large amount of aircraft
Howdy MAIW, I have created a 130 aircraft repaint project that will be accompanied with flight plans. With that said, are there any tips one could provide in creating multiple leg flight plans for so many aircraft or am I just over thinking things? I do flight plans already using AI Flight Planner V...

Re: Blurry Textures
Hi again. We are never too old to learn. Myself included. DxtBmp has a menu that says alpha. An alpha channel is basically a white or black sheet whit combinations of the black or white to create white opaque or black fully transparent. What I did the first time to get an Alpha channel was to use D...

Re: Blurry Textures
Hi I am no expert. I have improved the look of many AI textures saved as dxt3 with no Alpha. I have read that DxtBmp1 does not transform textures as well as Image tool which comes with the SDK packs. Suggestion: Use DXTBmp1 to add a plain white alpha Channel to the 32bit texture. Open the new textu...

Blurry Textures
Howdy, Ive tried to rectify this problem for awhile before coming to the forms with it. I will take a "paint kit" and design my paint scheme, after the designing process I save the "PSD" file as a 32Bit BMP. After that I open "DXTBmp" program and save it as a "Exte...

Trees...
Greetings fellow simmmers,
I am on the cusp of completing a new airport that I plan on releasing, but I have am falling short on finding a descent program that allows me to import trees into Airport Design Editor or a stand alone tree program that is compatible. Any suggestions?

Re: Texture Sheets (I am on here to much I know)
I did, I watched all seven which were the most detailed and well thought out tutorials on the web to date. I would love to see more. With the tutorials on texturing the actual "texture sheet" that was used and provided for download was already constructed. I am looking for some insight on ...

Texture Sheets (I am on here to much I know)
I have recently starting designing scenery from but I have run into a snag on how to design the actual texture sheets to put on my projects.I have searched on-line for awhile now and all I find is how to re paint a texture sheet that is already created. Any advice?(Also watch the MAIW tutorial video...
Re: Modeling
good deal I appreciate it
Re: Modeling
That is very true, I was just using those particular aircraft as an example.
Modeling
Howdy, I've come to pester yet again. If a model of an aircraft is already created but you want to make alterations to it "only with the consent of the original designer ", how can you obtain the model file to implement into FSDS? Or is it better to just create it from scratch? ex. Making ...

Re: Make those parking spaces disappear
Howdy John,
So what your saying is, make the taxi line to the respective parking location invisible and the spot will not be visible?

Make those parking spaces disappear
I am not doing overlays for this particular airport, but I am not sure if I have to with my current problem. I am trying to create parking spots on a ramp at an airport but I do not want the parking spot nor taxi line for that spot to be visible. I have seen this done on several MAIW projects but I ...
