A big thankyou

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the MAIW team (and Nick Black in particular; I had a discussion about you during a recent aeromed to AKT and scored 2 more converts to the cause!) for their collective efforts over this year to make my simming experience a pleasure. As a painter and member ...

I presume making it AI is no biggy, but animating the boom would be? (and copyright issues notwithstanding...)

Wow! Tileproxy looks the terrier's testes! I've meddled with it but cannot get it to play for love nor money! Does that tile stay permanently? Or does it have to 'load' every time? Any tips greatly received. Work's busy, so building has taken a wee bit of a back seat, including my attempt at TPMH (b...

Sorry, Barry, but I presumed you were going to have a fiddle with some of the pixellation that showed with it after it was converted to DXT format? I am more than happy to do likewise , but it may be a while before release (got a lot on at work at the mo... :D ) Would MAIW be happy for it to be rele...

"After The Battle" magazine did a multi-page spread on Ascension some time ago. It spanned the WWII period up to the late eighties. My copy is in storage I'm afraid! try their back-catalogue service.

Nice repaint that, looks lovely..... barry Barry. Thank you. It is not the same quality as the Captain Sim version I released some time back, but I think it will do for AI purposes. Would you know the contact details for the authors of the JASDF C130 package, so i might send it to them? Regards Dav...

JASDF C130 40th Anniversary AI Scheme ( 75-1077)

Chaps, I have taken the liberty of revamping a scheme I have released before for both Mike Stone's C-130 and more recently the legendary C-130. This uses the established MAIW C-130 in JASDF colours, but with new limited tail graphics and tank graphics applied. it isn't perfect, but as an AI scheme i...

Does this mean we might actually, finally see decent scenery for Akrotiri? Well done 8) Thank you. AKT will be a slow but steady project. As with any active station, and without teaching anyone here to egg-suck, there has to be a balance between what can be 'accurately' produced without compromisin...
