Re: B-25 models ?
I am certain that John will get around to them sometime "Real Soon Now™" - but there is so much to do and so little time. I just feel a little bad that I am not that creative, I am better at putting existing things together and then try to make them work. For the longest time I have been t...

Re: B-25 models ?
After seeing this thread, I simply HAD to get the Crail scenery and the B-25s. I am attaching a screenshot - this is Crail in P3D v. 5, and I have my trusty T-45 stopped at "Show Me" from the Missouri Wing of the CAF, based at St. Charles County Regional Airport/Smartt Field, near St. Loui...

Re: AI Aircraft Editor Version 4.2.1 released
This morning I saw that 4.2.27 was now available, and also saw this conversation. I then went and started 4.2.26, and it crashed on startup. Knowing that 4.2.27 was available, I did not send the crash report, instead installed 4.2.27, have started that numerous times and no crashes.

Re: AI Aircraft Editor Version 4.2.1 released
All that I have been able to find, both x86 and x64 versions. I once had an issue that I couldn't get rid of, and in more or less desparation I installed the Microsoft Visual Studio suite, all versions. The issue then went away, but that means that I also have the .NET versions available through the...

Re: AI Aircraft Editor Version 4.2.1 released
Martin, I just a few minutes ago tried to run AIAE v. 4.2.25, and it crashed on me on startup. It generated a crash report that I sent with the button provided. I then came here and saw that v. 4.2.26 was available, then went back to my 4.2.25 (which crashed again on startup, this time I did not sen...

Martin,
If you were looking for a "no problem seen so far" response, then here's one from me... for what it's worth!

Tim, I have this one for the Brazilian Navy's A-4 (attached). Can't remember from where though.

Re: Scenery and supporting AI for John's KC-390
Just as an idea, I would name my flight plan like this:
Traffic_BrazAF_KC-390_C-99_Wi23-34
To me, this explains what air force, which aircraft, and when I added the plan to my plans library. The last part is important when you have almost 19,000 flight plans, airlines, GA, military...

Tim, what I will need here is:
1. Some way of getting to the FTP folder and
2. Your system specs for comparison purposes.

Re: WSMG F-16
I read "somewhere" (sorry, can't remember exactly where) that 2048 x 2048 were optimal for P3D, and there actually is a utility that will convert textures from bmp to dds, convert into 2048 x 2048 and mipmap all in one fell swoop. The utility is called TextureOptimizer, and I believe the d...

Re: RAF Lakenheath for FSX/P3D
To figure out more about what is going on, I would like to see the error entry (or error entries, usually there are two) in the Windows Event Viewer that are related to your crashes. To get to those, follow these steps: Note down the time of a crash, if necessary provoke one. Then right-click on you...

Re: AI Aircraft Editor Version 4.2.1 released
Updated to v. 4.2.4 OK. But this issue: "On the right, the field titled "AI removable sections" - in the blue field it says "only valied for AI aircraft", that description would maybe be clearer if it was to say "can be removed for AI aircraft"?" is still ther...
