I don't believe they've been used in any MAIW packages,
but they've been used in numerous repaint packages.

Just found a utility that searches your effects folder and checks it against installed aircraft. I've discovered quite a few of the effects associated with the SBAI SU-27, SU-37, TU-22M3, Mig-25 and the SIAI SU-24. you'll need to change the type in the aircraft file from C to D for 0017 onwards to get it correct.
