Don't expect anytime soon, lots of interesting XML puzzles to solve.
E.g.
Engines rotate fine, maybe just some fine tuning.
Flaps - Will be totally XML controlled.

awesome, Kev!
I took some pics at an airshow a couple of weeks ago if you'd like them.

The only one (being a UK resident!) I've seen one was the type that attended RIAT, but I took a lot of it!

Thanks guys.
Well, cut out the main windows, going to do the small footwell windows the same way, but do the fuselage ones as decals.
This isn't exaclty turning out low poly either, can't be helped, the engines add a lot of polys.

REALLY looks good, Kev!
the engines add a lot of polys
You're not kidding, and I've got four of them on the P-3 with upper
and lower intakes
...but these look more complex and I can't even imagine the black majic it takes to get them to tilt.
Tell me about 'decals'. I've got to do something for the P-3's wndows.

By decals I mean they will just be on the paintkit.
Best way is to find a pic with a nice side on shot.
Then just take the window from that and add it to the paintkit.
Rotating the engines was easy -
<part>
<name>anim_rotate_nacelles</name>
<animation>
<parameter>
<code>
(A:VELOCITY BODY Z, knots) 1 <
if{ 0 }
els{ (A:VELOCITY BODY Z, knots) 30 <
if{ 5 }
els{ (A:VELOCITY BODY Z, knots) 75 <
if{ 25 }
els{ (A:VELOCITY BODY Z, knots) 160 <
if{ 50 }
els{ 100 }
}
}
}
</code>
<lag>10</lag>
</parameter>
</animation>
</part>

Yup.....
I had ran into problems with tranparent parts and reflective textures.
BUT....
During my adventures getting the T-6 II going again which had the same problems, I found a workaround.
SO
It will be continuing, just focusing on the Gripen at the moment.

You got me drooling out of the side of my mouth a while back, and haven't been able to stop 'cause you keep 'em comin' sooooo fast. The place is a mess, beginning to fear I'll slip on the slim and fall.
Thanks for all you do!
