If you mean can you convert the afcad to FS9 then yes but you will lose all of the scenery as that, according to his doc, uses default FSX objects.

The ADF AI package ADF_AI_FS9 has a YPED AFCAD and exclude file; only place I can see it online now is at http://fsfiles.org/files/
