Doe anyone know how to convert XML files to bgl files

You can convert xml files to bgl files using a compiler called bglcomp.exe.

You might want to have look at http://www.fsdeveloper.com/
I think it is included in the FS2004 SDK, but I am not sure.

It rather depends on what is in the XML file. However if it contains valid source code for scenery or an airport then BglComp is used. There are some tools to make it easier. So perhaps some idea of what the XML file is and where it came from?
