Augusta Wesland AW139
Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
When you say that they are not on the list of available vehicles, do you mean to select to fly?

Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
Does the front page of the manual not answer the question?:
They won't be listed for aircraft selection as they are not user flyable.

Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
ok thanks
Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
Hi John, something went wrong in my sim...installation is ok, but i can't see aw139 on my sim...i noticed that fp are on 50%, but i tried to re-compile using 1% without results. I'll try to increase traffic at 50%
Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
OK so the basic question applies here, as you didn't mention that you had checked this. Have you got any FS9 traffic files in your system? Again, suggest that if you don't already have it download and install AIFP and check for FS9 traffic files.

That would be because they are AI aircraft. Beautiful tho John's creations are they are not meant to be flown by mere mortals like us.

Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
Flightplans re-complied with AIFP with fsx...no fs9 flightplans installed
Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
OK then if you have used AIFP to check for FS9 traffic files, anywhere in your system, and there aren't any and you have set your sliders high enough then the next obvious things are that you don't have afcads with parking spaces or you haven't got the aircraft installed.
Maybe the easiest way to check on the aircraft is to load up the traffic file in AIFP. Apart from checking the timetables to ensure that you are looking at the right time to see the aircraft, if the aircraft are not installed hen they will appear in red in the Aircraft List window.

Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
Looks great!!! Can someone pleas do the AW139 repaints for Bristow Caribbean, Bristow Australia and Bristow USA as well? It's literally the identical livery to Bristow UK except that the aircraft carry either Trinidad and Tobago 9Y- registrations or US N registrations or Australian VH- registrations and some don't have the, "AW139," titles near the main rotor.I'm doing the flightplans and ADE's for these (and the entire Bristow Group). I'm not sure of exactly how many they have but here are the registrations I have found so far:
Bristow Caribbean (Based at TTPP)
9Y-TKB
9Y-ELL
9Y-ENT
9Y-DEL
9Y-TKD
9Y-EXC
9Y-TAJ
Bristow USA (Based at SYEC and SMJP and somewhere in the US?)
N139TZ
N239BG
N339BG
N539BG
N639BG
N925VH (Rescue titles with SAR config and winch attached)
Bristow Australia (Based in Australia)
VH-ZFM
VH-ZHH
And on a side note, anyone have any info on how much choppers Bristow operates globally of the following types, their registrations and where they're based?:
EC225
S76
AW139
AS350
BK117
B407
Bristow Caribbean (Based at TTPP)
9Y-TKB
9Y-ELL
9Y-ENT

Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
Ok thanks, I avoided using any of those registrations though, so I should be fine. Based on Flightradar data, their entire civilian AW139 operations are flown out of Norwich, with Aberdeen and Stavanger being only S-92 ops. I know the Super Pumas are no longer operating in the UK, but are they being flown elsewhere? I'm wrapping up the AW139 FP's now I covered TTPP, SYEC, SMJP and EGSH. Only N739BG, appears to be operating out of KMSY but hasn't flown in a while according to flightradar24 data, so I'm not sure if this was just a ferry flight. I'm about to start the S76's. Based on research the only place that they appear to still have the S76 flying is the US Gulf ops.
Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
Many thanks to all involved on this project. I'm in the process of setting up the Italian fleet and airfields using Bismarck's instructions, and so far everything looks great, especially with Pratica di Mare now full of Avantis, too!
I've also added Mark's Irish repaints, and I have a query concerning some of the alphanumeric locations in the flightplans. Judging by the arrival/departure times, these are landing sites, not waypoints; where can they be found?
One further question to Mark: you posted a screenshot of a Cobham repaint. I was wondering if you had any plans to release it? Planning to have a go at a few others myself.

Re: Augusta Wesland AW139
These have now been sent for inclusion in the download hanger, please give them a couple of days to show..
John gave me permission to include the 3 models needed, i chose to do it that way to make it easy for people who dont like to mess about with the cfgs. thank you John!
FS9: Includes 20 textures and 3 Models and an option of 32 bit textures.
FSX/P3D: includes 20 textures and 3 models.
Big thanks to Jim for the Flight Plans!
Much thanks
Mark

You can ignore my previous post. The FSX plans are fine, When I opened the plans using AIFP I clicked on something and it changed everything to "0".
