I have a paint for the Swiss Air Force 1900D (T-729) and I am going to make a flightplan for it. Where is this plane based??

the SAF 1900 should be based at Dübendorf, near Zürich ( see SAF website).

According SCRAMBLE.NL Order of Battle, they are based at Bern, not at Dubendorf.

Taking into account that you are a stickler for accuracy it is being replaced this year by 2x Cl-604s.
