BGL elevation editor. Allows to change elevations in basic scenery bgl files. Version 1.0.2

Easy to use program that works for FS2004 only. It MAY solve the problem for you. I haven't used it in a couple years (as I'm now flying FSX).

This may not help --- as I said, it's been a while since I played with FS2004 scenery/elevations.

Incidentally, I have just found, possibly, the reason for the sunken airfield at 190'. There is a default airfield there but the ICAO is LB0L. Maybe that's the one to try raising.
I will check that out, when I get some time.

EDIT
OK checked out the default, and I really do think that somebody messed up big time over this airfield. Raising the default LB0L to 190m still has the runway floating in mid air. I do think that the actual airfield, LBPG, should be 190m and not 190'.

Miljan, I do not believe that the problem is your FS9.

I created a quick flatten at 190m and have attached it here. This should enable you create your afcad now. It would be great if you could post it here when you have completed it. I hope it works for you.

Try placing it in the \Addon Scenery\Scenery folder.

Nice work Firebird thanks. But also default AFCAD file ASL must be set on 190m because your start position is on 58m when you are on active runway also I taxi around runway when I was on upper runway(new runway) and when you come near to the RWY(on 190m) you fall on lower RWY(on 58m).Can you make it or everybody must use JABbgl to set ASL on default airport to 190m???

Well, Jabbgl does create a new bgl file so once I get back to my main 'puter I will see the size of it and if limits allow I will post it here.
In the mean time for anybody that can't wait then alter ALL heights for LB0L to 190m using jabbgl and that will fix it for you.

jabbgl actually alters the default scenery file which is not advised. The better way is to use a cut down afcad file installed in the main scenery folder so that the default altitude is overwritten on loading FS before the active afcad file is loaded.
Which way is up?

OK, the amended default bgl I can attach here but taking into account what Graham says if that works maybe its a better route to take.
Can you shed any light on this method, Graham?

Simply create an afcad file containing airport name, ICAO code, positional co-ordinates and required altitude and save it, for FS9 as an AF2 file, and place it in Scenery/World/scenery. This is preloaded before the afcad proper when starting FS and causes the default altitude to be altered to the new altitude.

Finally I make it.
Here is AFCAD for Graf Ignatievo. You can see that i am put a parking space for military transport above military combat space.Because this is a place and for transport and for combat airplanes. If soeone have better idea let me know,i know that this can make a problem with ai traffic positions.
I also add fictional ILS,i am 100% shure that Graf have ILS but i dont know frequency and that. Also when you fly colose to Graf you have few option for tower control
1.default LBOL Graf Ignatievo, and
2.modify LBPG Graf Ignatievo.
I don't know how to disable a default one so help me with this(maybe exclude can do that) i know that problem is in different ICAO code then on default.
If someone want to use this afcad to make scenery just let me know.

Sorry for eventual incorections in writting,i don't have too much time.

cheers
