It can still be visible sometimes at 1ft width so set the runway surface to water as well.

I downloaded it yesterday from flightsim and the textures are in there. Have you looked through the texture folder for them? I say this because there is an odd glitch that occurs randomly with addons where the sim doesn't call the textures properly, so they might be in there and just not showing in ...

Just a thought, could it be an errant exclude from somewhere that's causing it. I wonder if the buildings that are showing up are the default or maybe there is another PHNL scenery on the system that could be to blame.

It happens sometimes especially with scenery libraries don't know why, seems a bit random. First thing I do with a problem like that is to copy the textures to the main texture folder and so far it's always worked.

Not a 100% sure but I reckon it's the RAF 1980's ground service equipment try copying the raf ground equipment and houchin textures from the MAIW scenery library objects folder to the main FS9 texture folder
