Re: Textures

Thanks Steve, I will have another go when I get home tonight. I must admit, I cannot recall seeing any thumbs with the apache scenery file though?

Re: Textures

Thanks Mike, I will experiment. Sorry to be a pain, but can you tell me if the RAF Hangars will become available as I am trying to redo Mildenhall & I have US hangars as a replacement at the moment & the other one is the hardened shelters as I am also doing Ramstein until the ACG is availabl...

Textures

Does anyone know if the textures for the runway, taxiway etc can be changed/edited in ADE9 or TTools or any other program?
On Google earth & bing maps, the runway textures seem to be a beige colour rather that the grey textures in the usual programs.

Re: Questions on the airport background tute or getting started

Hi Mike, problem solved. I put the BGL Comp into the SBuilder tools folder & everything works well.
Again, very good tutorial & after re doing a few airfields, you do get used to it dont you.

Many thanks

Re: Questions on the airport background tute or getting started

Great tutorial Mike & I was doing really well, but half way through I hit a snag. I didn`t have BGL Comp installed.
The Sbuilder program did not ask me where BGL Comp was on the first set up. Is there somewhere on Sbuilder where I can tell it where BGL Comp is?

Re: Checking the Price of a Fill-up

Nice shots there, but the F-35 looks a bit strange with the underwing tanks?
Please tell me that is an AI F-35 & make my day (only if its free that is).

Re: Jason's Packages....what I'm working on

Jason Many thanks for all the paints you have done. I didn`t realise how many until I put your name in Avsim. I am having a real hard time getting 3 of Dee Waldrens aircraft (F-27, C-90 & YS-11). Have you any ideas where to get them, or would it be possible to get them from you if all else fails...

JASDF U-125A

I used to have a repaint of HT`s Hawker 800 in JASDF colours - white & red, and low viz blue, but due to a computer crash I seem to have lost them. Can anyone point me in the right direction please. Also on the same topic, I am trying to populate my Japanese skies. I have repaints of the F-4`s, ...

Re: FSX Question

I think that if you have a fast enough computer to run it, it is quite a bit better than FS9 IMHO. What I like in FSX also, is a facility to watch ai aircraft from the control tower view. This is good at say Nellis where you can watch them taxi & take off & also track them on the radar screen.
